This exceptional one and one half story log home from north of Orillia has huge, well crafted pine logs. At 9 and 1/2 inches thick winter heating bills will be minimal. Mel wanted to keep this one for himself but retirement won out. At 27 ft. x 19 ft. it is only about 1000 sq. ft. but a saltbox addition could help out if needed.
