THE ABRAHAM GROBB HOUSEThis is the most historic building we’ve ever had in our inventory. Extensive family history back into the 18th century comes with it. Built c 1815 near Beamsville Ontario, the style is reminiscent of early 18th century England with its post and beam frame in oak and narrow clapboards. It boasts wide beaded board interior walls, early doors and hardware, great flooring and the best ceiling beams we’ve ever seen. COMING SOON — a spectacular building plan that utilizes the Barclay Barn and the Grobb House to make a fabulous residence! |
