County (Hillsburgh) House
A classic 5 bay, storey and a half, post and beam, circa 1830. The main house
is aprox. 1200 sq. ft. with the possibility of an added wing at back for a
kitchen, family room etc. This is a very versatile house which can have the
interior configured many ways: centre hall, box hall, beamed ceiling,
with/without dormers, saltbox etc. Comes with original pine stair in
original robin's egg blue, lined with 18" pine boards; original pine
horizontal wainscott with 18" boards; original 18" wide pine flooring,
period mantlepiece; new 12 over 8 sash, and original period doors. Formerly
