The size at 30 x 26 (1500 sq. ft.) suggests a three-bedroom upstairs with the option of adding another 300 or 400 ft. It will be stored indoors to preserve the wonderful color of the beams until you’re ready to have it rebuilt on your property or added to your existing home.
Included with the frame are flooring, rafters, and period sidelights.
The house will take 12 over 12 windows which can be ordered with our vintage reproduction Tradition Windows that can feature optional thermopane glass.
We’re pricing it very economically as it will be one of the last structures we will be building, finally getting around to retirement after six decades of restoration.
