I know there are a lot of fans of old log houses that have a problem with stairs. After 50 wonderful years of building them, I’m one of them.

So for the first time we’re saving three of our early19^th century log buildings and offering them as a single-storey ranch-style of 1400 sq. ft., perfect space for singles and retirees. Yes, the real thing, as cozy and can be, with all the charm that only a historic home provides, not to mention, now convenient on one floor and pretty much maintenance-free.
