The Staeggall House
Here we have a diminutive story and a half brick house c1840 from Streetsville, Ontario measuring 28 x 20. The house featured exceptional wainscotting throughout that was installed in 1853. It once had a carriage house added to the back that could be reproduced. The bell-cast porch roof could also be restored. It comes with the original door and window casing and trim and a complete set of roof rafters. New Tradition window sash in 12 over 8 and 6 over 6 will be included. Measured drawings will also be supplied. This house frame could also be clad in stone (optional).
